Snipaste is a simple but powerful screenshot tool that also allows you to paste screenshots back onto the screen! Download and open Snipaste, press F1 to start taking screenshots, then press F3, and the screenshot will be displayed at the top of the desktop. It's that simple!

You can also convert the text or color information in the clipboard into an image window, and scale, rotate, flip, make them semi transparent, and even allow the mouse to penetrate them!
